Previously working as a Respiratory Scientist Jess developed an interest in cardiopulmonary conditions that led to a desire in wanting her to further help individuals in managing their condition and improving their lifestyle. After working with different populations as an AEP Jess developed a special interest in neurological conditions and rehabilitation.

Jess states “I have had the privilege of seeing the amazing benefits that exercise has on the management of conditions and the positive impact on lifestyle. Exercise is truly medicine! I have a passionate and strong focus on exercise programs designed to improve functional capacity that enables an individual to perform tasks of daily living which in return has the potential of improving one’s quality of life.
