The Exercise Studio is private, modern, indoors, air-conditioned, well lit, accessible (has disabled access, parking, ramp and no stairs) and is very well equipped with fitness equipment e.g. a range of weights, fit balls, yoga and pilates mats, seated cardio bike, treadmill, resistance bands, boxing equipment.

What is the role of an Exercise Physiologist?
Exercise Physiologists are university qualified health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Exercise Physiologists assist wellbeing for those with a range of conditions including:

Nadine Vermaak, Bachelor Degree of Clinical Exercise Physiology
Nadine is Resolve Health’s Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). Nadine was born in South Africa and then moved to Australia, completing her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Nadine says “I love working with a wide variety of conditions and I am passionate about helping people find their comfort levels in exercise. My main goal as an Allied Health Professional is to help everyone I see achieve their goals for better quality of life! A phrase that has always stuck with me is, “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve”. This has helped shape my thinking in all areas of life!
In her spare time Nadine likes to explore in nature, read WW2 history, garden, watercolour paint and socialise with friends.
